The short version: we only use your information to reply about your project.

When you fill out our contact form, we collect the information you choose to give us — name, email address, phone number, the type of project you're asking about, and whatever you write in the message field. We don't use tracking cookies, we don't run advertising pixels, and we don't sell your information.
We use your contact information for one purpose: replying about your flooring project. If we send you an estimate and you decide to move forward, we keep a record of the job the way any contractor would — invoices, schedules, and warranty records.
Our contact form is delivered through Resend, an email service. Our website is hosted on Vercel. Neither of these providers uses your information for anything beyond the technical purpose of delivering the email and serving the website.
If you'd like us to delete your information, call or email Jim directly and we'll take care of it.
