Hi, I'm Jim — Coast Guard veteran and owner of Gladden Flooring Company. I've spent the last twenty-plus years in the flooring and tile trade across the Triangle, starting as an installer and running jobs for years before launching this company.
I've put together specialized crews for each part of the trade — one for hardwood, one for tile and custom showers, one for carpet and LVP. I quote every estimate myself, set the schedule, check in during the work, and walk every job with you at the finish.
Family comes first for me, and that shows in how we run the business — same materials, same prep, same patience my crew would use in their own homes. Based in Clayton, serving Johnston County and the east side of Wake.
